Last Week’s Shopping Trip
Last week, I went to two different stores for groceries…Harris Teeter and Target. I was pretty happy about what I was able to get at both stores. There were some good deals! I was most excited about the organic salad. At Target, I just picked up some fruit and natural applesauce. Both trips came calculated to be close to $40, which is my weekly grocery budget. Here’s a picture of the HT run:
I spent: $24.53
I saved: $32.56 (in coupons) and $23.59 (in VIC savings)
I bought:
- 12-double rolls of Angel Soft toilet paper
- 2 packages Organic Earthbound baby greens
- 4 boxes Kraft Mac n Cheese
- 2 boxes Post Raisin Bran cereal
- 1 pint International Delight Caramel Macchiato creamer
- 2 cans Campbell’s Healthy Request soups
- 1 container Heluva Good Buttermilk Ranch dip
- 1 bag BirdEye frozen mixed veggies
- 2 bags Green Giant frozen veggie medleys
- 1 bag Yoplait frozen smoothie fruit
- 1 bag fresh yellow onions
- 4 roma tomatoes
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
