Dinner: Beef Cambodian Salad with Jasmine White Rice (I didn’t end up making this last week.)
Snack: Oatmeal Squares

Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal and Yogurt
Lunch: Breaded Chicken Nuggets, Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli
Dinner: Double Crust Bean Pie, Spanish Brown Rice and Salad
Snack: Banana Bread
Tuesday
Breakfast: Whole-Wheat Pancakes (from Joy of Cooking)
Lunch: Chicken Salad Sandwiches on Homemade Wheat Bread and Goldfish
Dinner: Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo with Italian Cheese Bread (I didn’t end up making this pasta either.)
Snack: Applesauce

Lunch: Campbell’s Healthy Request Chicken-Tortilla Soup and Biscuits
