Weekly Meal Plan 3/21/2010-3/27/2010

I am beyond thrilled about what this week holds.  MY MOM AND BROTHER WILL BE IN TOWN STARTING WEDNESDAY!  I can barely contain myself.  I’m gonna plan meals, but it may all go out the window because my mom and I might just end up making all sorts of fun Khmer food.  And, sorry in advance for not linking to recipes this time around.

Sunday
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Taco Soup and Baked Potatoes
Dinner: RED ROBIN with the Mellings
Snack: Apples and Bananas

Monday
Breakfast: Strawberry Scones
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Grilled Cheese on Homemade Wheat Bread with Leftover Taco Soup
Snack: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Tuesday
Breakfast: Homemade Banana Bread and Pear Slices
Lunch: Baked Potatoes and Leftovers
Dinner: Chicken-Broccoli Casserole with Herbed Brown Rice (freezer meal)
Snack: Bananas

Wednesday
Breakfast: Whole-Wheat Pancakes (from Joy of Cooking)
Lunch: Turkey and Provolone on Homemade Wheat Bread and Yogurt
Dinner: Crockpot Beef Stroganoff with Egg Noodles and Glazed Carrots
Snack: Graham Crackers

Thursday
Breakfas
t: Classic Homemade Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits
Lunch: Baked Macaroni and Cheese and Peas
Dinner: Khmer Chicken and Celery Lemongrass Soup
Snack: Apple Slices with Peanut Butter

Friday
Breakfast: Homemade French Baguette with Butter and Hot Chocolate
Lunch: Chicken Salad Sandwiches and Fresh Strawberries
Dinner: Spaghetti Bake, Green Beans and Italian-Cheese Bread
Snack: Dry Cereal

Saturday
Breakfast: Strawberry Scones and Applesauce
Lunch: EATING OUT with Mommy and Jonathan
Dinner: Grilled Chicken, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli and Herbed Brown Rice
Snack: Yogurt
