Weekly Meal Plan 4/18/10-4/24/10

Our lives have been a whirlwind these past few weeks and will continue to be for awhile yet, so posting my weekly meal plan has been the only thing I’ve been blogging lately.  Hopefully it will provide you with some ideas about what to feed your family this week and if not, this is my reference point for ME to know what what I’m feeding my family this week.

Sunday
Breakfast: Homemade Banana Bread
Lunch: Leftovers (I ate at the Olive Garden for a baby shower…yummy!)
Dinner: Leftovers
Snack: Bananas

Monday
Breakfast: Blueberry Pancakes (from a box!)
Lunch: PB&J Sandwiches on Homemade Wheat Bread and Goldfish
Dinner: Beef Meatball and Rice Noodle Soup with Bean Sprouts and Green Onions
Snack: Applesauce

Tuesday
Breakfast: Classic Homemade Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits
Lunch: Homemade Pizza and Yogurt
Dinner: Chicken-Broccoli Casserole with Herbed Brown Rice, Crescent Rolls and Fresh Mango
Snack: Goldfish

Wednesday
Breakfast: Cereal and Applesauce
Lunch: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on Homemade Artisan Bread and Baby Carrots
Dinner: Homemade Artisan Bread
Snack: Homemade Banana Bread

Thursday
Breakfast: Oatmeal and Fresh Mango
Lunch: Black Bean Veggie Burgers and Baked Sweet Potatoes
Dinner: Beef Enchiladas with Homemade Whole-Wheat Tortillas, Spanish Brown Rice, Sweet Corn Cake and Fresh Garden Salad
Snack: Rice Crackers

Friday
Breakfast: Egg Omelets and Toast
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Chicken, Scallion and Bean Sprout Stirfry with Jasmine White Rice
Snack: Apple Slices with Peanut Butter

Saturday
Breakfast: Cereal and Yogurt
Lunch: Chicken Salad Sandwiches on Homemade Wheat Bread, SunChips and Bananas
Dinner: Leftovers
Snack: Cheese Cubes and Dates
