We have had visitors back-to-back for almost two months! It was great, but I have fallen behind in the world of blogging. So, I’m gonna start this week off on the right foot by posting what we will be eating this week. I’m only going to link for recipes I’ve never linked to before as well. Enjoy!

Breakfast: Leftover Blueberry Pancakes and Baked Oatmeal
Lunch: PB&Js on Homemade Wheat Bread, Goldfish Crackers/SunChips and Grapes
Dinner: Grilled Steak and Salmon, Garden Salad and Jasmine White Rice (prepared by my hubby and boys for Mother’s Day!)

Monday

Dinner: Taco Salad

These events always bring me so much joy! I love stocking my pantry and for such little money. Here’s what I was able to get this time around. I was hoping to get more of the free items, but I didn’t make it to the store until 8 and Triples started at 7. Oh well. I’m contemplating going again, but I think it depends on what me and my Dad decide to do the rest of his time here in North Carolina. Anyway…

This next week is gonna be an exciting one. One, Ben will start his new job in Burlington. Two, our friends Pete and Jess will be visiting us from MN for a few days. Three, Wednesday is St. Patrick’s Day and I LOVE Irish Soda Bread. That’s it. Here is what we will be eating this coming week…
